Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, front desk policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points, receive and direct deliveries, answer incoming calls, and communicate visitor or service-provider arrivals to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying designated personnel and emergency services as directed.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activities and report unusual conditions, access concerns, or policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
