As a Security Officer Reception Coordination in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Using computer or tablet systems, you will help maintain an organized, welcoming environment while supporting security-related operations. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and/or vendors at a logistics and distribution location by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access at the front desk, verify credentials and visitor information, issue appropriate badges or passes, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, receive deliveries, and communicate visitor arrivals or operational concerns to appropriate site personnel.
• Observe front-desk activity and report suspicious activity, policy violations, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
