Allied Universal in Gretna, NE seeks a Security Officer Entry Desk Integrity to safeguard clients across logistics sites. You will manage access, verify credentials, monitor activity, and provide courteous service to employees, visitors, and drivers.

This full-time role requires 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma, background check, drug screen, possible licensing, and a valid driver’s license for driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and employees by following access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, log visitors and direct authorized personnel.
• Control deliveries and vehicle traffic per site procedures and report unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents, communicating observations to management.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking, loading zones, and perimeter.

As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Assist with controlling access for deliveries, shipments, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures, reporting unauthorized entry attempts or irregular activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
