Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass all required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Gives directions and escorts guests in need.
• Provides assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities.
• Assists with jackpot verifications as needed.
• Regularly escorts money and persons in money handling positions.
• Provides emergency first aid to guests and team members when necessary.
• Patrols property to identify safety hazards and security gaps.
• Interviews, investigates, and documents incidents per policy.
• Record lost and found descriptions of people and incidents.
• Use the security radio professionally and according to policy.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to policies.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide excellent guest service, greeting and engaging guests professionally.
• Build professional relationships with managers, staff, guests and vendors.
• Complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Work safely following safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain appearance standards as per guidelines.
• Inform manager on any irregularities.
