Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer to protect assets and provide a safe environment for guests and team members. You will conduct patrols, respond to incidents, enforce policies, and assist authorities with testimony when needed.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, able to work indoors and outdoors across wide temperatures, and maintain composure in crisis while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in temperatures ranging from 10°F to 115°F.
• Ability to physically restrain individuals when necessary.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in crisis or stressful situations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip, and maneuver quickly on various surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to tolerate secondhand smoke.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well‑being of guests and fellow employees.
• Provide directions, escorts, and assistance to guests as needed.
• Assist civil and law enforcement authorities, including providing testimony in court or administrative hearings.
• Perform chip fills, jackpot verifications, and money escorts.
• Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
• Patrol all areas of the property to identify safety hazards and security concerns.
• Interview, investigate, and document incidents in accordance with company policy.
• Complete detailed lost and found reports and incident descriptions.
• Enforce all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain attendance standards and adhere to departmental and company guidelines.
