Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across the casino property. You will protect assets, enforce policies and gaming regulations, respond to incidents, and deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, patrolling assigned areas, reporting security issues, and providing support to guests and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Strong communication skills and tact in dealing with difficult customers.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and report accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and protect property, including money transactions and dispatch functions.
• Check IDs and verify guests are at least 21 to enter the casino.
• Observe and report disruptive or intoxicated individuals.
• Respond promptly to security concerns and emergencies.
• Provide medical assistance in emergencies and assist guests and team members.
• Communicate effectively over dispatch radio and coordinate with Security Dispatch.
