Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner compliant with laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify appointments and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other building systems; report irregular conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, communicate with building management and first responders as needed, and complete required daily activity and incident reports.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
