• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual conditions or concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Answer phones, provide directions and general building information, and coordinate with property management and emergency responders when appropriate.

As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming presence, support access control and badge processes, and assist visitors, tenants, and staff with professionalism. Using computer or tablet systems, you will monitor security-related activity, communicate clearly, and help maintain an orderly environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
