Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building staff by following security procedures and emergency response plans.
• Monitor the front desk, greet visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Control access to the property by following entry procedures and communicating access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents using site-specific protocols and notify relevant contacts.
• Answer phones, assist with directions and inquiries, and communicate professionally with tenants and Allied Universal leadership.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor the front desk area, greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Manage access to the commercial real estate location by following established entry procedures and communicating access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and maintain professional communication with tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
