Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store team members while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, receiving areas, exterior walkways, and parking areas.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and unauthorized access, and report observations to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Document incidents, patrols, and notable observations accurately and promptly in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
