As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Site Patrol Driver in Baytown, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Tue: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Wed: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Thur: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Fri: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous conditions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
