Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly.

Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous-condition notifications, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations to appropriate site personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
