Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and entry procedures; report unauthorized access attempts per site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow emergency procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and daily activity logs documenting patrols and interactions.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and authorized entry procedures; report unauthorized access attempts and other security-related concerns in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and daily activity logs documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and interactions with employees, visitors, and vendors.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
