Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Luxury Retail Patrolin Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond professionally to concerns, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
