• Respond to incidents and resident concerns calmly and according to escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate with site management.

As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Operations in Wilmington, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will welcome residents and visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while maintaining a visible presence that helps deter incidents. Pay Rate: $17.40 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, maintaining visitor records, and directing individuals in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
