Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to residents, guests and visitors at the front desk.
• Monitor access, verify authorization, issue temporary credentials and record visitors.
• Receive and document inquiries, deliveries and service requests; route to staff.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and emergencies following procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity and document unusual behavior with clear reports.

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related protocols at the residential front desk.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor authorization, issue temporary access credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Receive and document resident inquiries, deliveries, service requests, and other front‑desk communications; direct concerns to appropriate property personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, report unusual or unauthorized activity, and maintain clear, timely incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
