Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying identification, credentials, and authorization for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and contractors.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records, issue temporary credentials as authorized, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Security Experience:
  • Candidates must have a minimum of one year of relevant security experience. This experience should be clearly outlined in the candidate's resume and discussed during the interview process.
• Valid Driver's License:
  • All candidates must possess a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located. Verification of the driver’s license will be conducted prior to the final hiring decision.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet:
  • Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.
• Customer Service Experience:
  • A background in customer service is beneficial. Candidates should provide examples of their customer service experience during the interview, highlighting their ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
