Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer for a full-time, customer-focused role at our Kenosha, WI site. You will provide exceptional service while patrolling the premises, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, comfort with computers/tablets, and meet age and education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain entry records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following emergency protocols.
• Document observations and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

• Mon 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Tue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Thur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain appropriate entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
