Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI. You will protect clients across multiple tech/media locations, performing patrols, monitoring access, and delivering service with professionalism.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required at Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants undergo background checks per federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility including interiors, exteriors, parking areas and perimeter boundaries; report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized entry and uphold a professional environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations for directed personnel.
• Complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately per site requirements.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, including building interiors, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter boundaries, while reporting unusual conditions or concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting a professional environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately and in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
