• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly and report through escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and perimeters to identify unusual activity or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, emergency responders, and leadership regarding observations and incidents.

As a Security Officer Full Time Foot Patrol in Kenosha, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

• Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity, facility concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related observations and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
