As a Security Officer Full Time Access Audit in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access credentials, and documenting visitor activity. You will remain visible, communicate professionally with employees and guests, and report security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 02:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial construction location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access-control logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated entry areas, work zones, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership, documenting incidents, observations, and policy violations according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
