Qualifications

As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor activity, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 02:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 02:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial construction location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, gates, parking areas, construction zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
