As a Security Officer Full Time Access in Piedmont, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm systems, support badge control, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Use your customer service and communication skills to assist employees and visitors while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing operations, office areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, reporting unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
