• Complete required activity reports and communicate information during shift changes.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed in Fountain Inn, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and provide outstanding customer service while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven culture.

Pay Rate: $11.33 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete required activity reports, communicate relevant information during shift changes, and support a professional, orderly environment throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
