Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Security Officer (Hourly/Entry Level) to protect guests and colleagues and to uphold safety standards across the property. You will follow security procedures, complete incident reports, and participate in emergency response as needed.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, patrolling the premises, conducting safety checks, and maintaining daily activity records.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous security experience preferred.

• Maintain computer records of all actions in a Daily Activity Report
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way

Summary

Role
