$50 sign-on bonus with active Guard Card on file after 90 days of employment. The job involves front desk duties, access control, CCTV monitoring, and mobile patrols.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ years.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Texas Security Guard License (Guard Card) required.
• Dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and reporting skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous security experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor front desk: access control, CCTV, and visitor announcements.
• Mobile patrols to deter theft and respond to incidents.
• Dispatch officers and responders during incidents.
• Manage calls and alerts via internal systems and weather alerts.
• Document incidents in security reporting platforms.
• Follow SOPs and escalation procedures.
• Assist during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, etc.).
• Operate security systems and client policies for access control.
