Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state licensing is required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt manner.
• Manage guest/visitor access and eject violators as needed.
• Document and maintain a log of visitors.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Respond to calls of distress or emergencies.
