Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is hiring a Full Time Lobby Security Officer in Plano, Texas. The role focuses on front desk duties, access control, CCTV monitoring, and delivering high-level customer service in a professional security setting.

The position offers weekday hours (1:00 PM–9:00 PM), a $18.50 per hour wage, and a $50 sign-on bonus for those with an active Texas Guard Card. Experience in security or customer service is preferred and valid state licensing is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Non-Commissioned security license through the state of Texas.
• Previous dispatch experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with report writing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real-time.
• Monitor CCTV for safety and security issues and report incidents.
• Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents.
• Manage calls and alerts via internal systems and weather updates.
