Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Texas Non-Commissioned security license (Guard Card).
• Dispatch experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Monitoring and surveillance experience.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous security experience is required.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real-time.
• Monitor the facility's CCTV for safety and security issues.
• Dispatch field officers and emergency responders.
• Manage calls and alerts via internal communications and weather alerts.
• Document incidents in security reporting platforms.
• Follow SOPs and escalation protocols.
• Provide emergency response support (fire, medical, intrusion, natural disasters).
• Operate badging software and manage badges.
• Support client projects and events with security coverage.
• Administer client access policies to property.
