Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Non-Commissioned security license through the state of Texas required.
• Previous dispatch experience required.
• Strong customer service skills preferred.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Monitoring and surveillance experience preferred.
• Must multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Previous security experience is required.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).

Responsibilities

• Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real-time.
• Monitor CCTV to check for unsafe conditions and security violations.
• Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents.
• Manage incoming calls and alerts via internal systems and weather updates.
• Document incidents accurately in security reporting platforms.
• Follow SOPs and escalation protocols.
• Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, natural disasters).
• Use internal communications systems professionally.
• Operate facility badging software for badges.
• Provide security support for client projects and events.
• Administer all client policies for controlling access to client property.
