Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Texas Guard Card license and valid security credentials required.
• Experience in front desk, lobby security, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control, CCTV, and alarms in real time.
• Dispatch officers and coordinate emergencies or incidents.
• Handle calls and alerts via internal systems and weather updates.
• Document incidents accurately in security reporting platforms.
• Provide security support for client projects and events.
