Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Front Desk Concierge in Clifton, NJ to welcome patients, visitors, and staff while delivering exceptional customer service and monitoring access at a healthcare location.

This full-time role pays $18.27 per hour with Daytime and Evening shifts, offering a professional, visible presence and structured emergency response procedures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a healthcare diagnostic location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, maintain visitor records, and communicate facility entry requirements.
• Monitor access points, observe activity in the lobby and reception area, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Support a professional, welcoming environment by answering routine questions, providing directions, and coordinating with site staff and emergency responders as needed.
