You will manage access, monitor entry activity, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with care and integrity. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial services location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Serve as the primary front desk contact by greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests appropriately.
• Monitor access to the facility, maintain accurate visitor and incident-related records, and communicate relevant information to authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Assist with maintaining a professional lobby environment and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and adherence to access-control protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
