• Monitor access to the facility, maintain accurate visitor and incident-related records, and communicate relevant information to authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Assist with maintaining a professional lobby environment and deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and adherence to access-control protocols.

Minimum Requirements:
