Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Front Desk in Broomfield, CO. You will welcome visitors, manage access, and respond to security needs on a 3-shift schedule.

The role emphasizes customer service, professional presence, and adherence to site policies. Minimum two years security experience and a high school diploma are required; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualificações

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all laws.
• A drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor logs.
• Receive and direct incoming calls, visitors, deliveries, and service personnel while maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry activity, reporting unusual conditions, and following established escalation procedures.

What You'll Do:

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
