Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site procedures and emergency protocols.
• Manage visitor reception, verify IDs, issue credentials, log visitors, and direct guests.
• Monitor entry activity, alarms, and communications, escalating unusual events.
• Respond calmly to incidents and report findings per established procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a front desk location.
• Manage visitor reception and access control processes, including verifying identification, issuing credentials as authorized, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, communications systems, and security-related alarms or notifications, escalating unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Support a professional front desk presence within an aero/defense environment by maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
