As a Security Officer Front Desk Clearance Required in Colorado Springs, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Front Desk Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while helping manage visitor access, communications, and site-entry procedures. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a front desk within an aerospace and defense location by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor entry activity, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site requirements.
• Answer telephone calls, provide directions and information, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate contacts and supporting emergency response activities as directed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing front desk activity, reporting unusual conditions, and documenting security-related incidents according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
