Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. in Newtown, NJ is seeking a security professional to observe and report activities at a client site, conduct patrols, monitor surveillance, and enforce site rules.

The role requires a NJ SORA license, a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to stand for the majority of the shift. Work Fridays 3pm-11pm with a pay rate of USD 19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid NJ SORA License.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities at the client site.
• Make periodic patrols to check for irregularities and enforce regulations.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect access points and premises.
• Complete reports by recording observations and interviewing witnesses.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Schedule

Fridays 3pm-11pm

Pay Range

USD $19.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma / GED required
• Valid NJ SORA License
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position
