Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and vendors at a front desk within a retail and mall location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the property, greet and screen visitors as directed, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Answer phones, receive deliveries, provide directions and general information, and communicate professionally with building management, tenants, and the public.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk and promptly report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
