Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front desk customer service by greeting visitors, tenants, employees and vendors in a professional manner.
• Verify identification and manage visitor access according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points and building systems; report unusual activity as needed.
• Respond calmly to incidents and security-related concerns following procedures.
• Maintain logs and reports; share relevant information with leadership and contacts.

• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a commercial office location by greeting visitors, tenants, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage visitor access by verifying identification, following site‑specific sign‑in procedures, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate destinations.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and building‑related systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while following site‑specific policies and emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs, complete required reports, and communicate relevant security‑related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least six months of security‑related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
