Job summary

Allied Universal in Arlington, TX is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol. As a driving post, you will patrol, deter incidents, monitor access and provide top-notch service to employees and visitors at an automotive finance location.

You will operate professional security procedures, complete reports, coordinate with site leadership, and join a team that values safety, reliability, and integrity. CPR/First Aid and guard-card are preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

As a Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol in Arlington, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in an automotive finance location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Tue: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Thur: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at an automotive financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, parking facilities, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for employees and guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
