Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial services office and follow security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior areas, parking lots, entrances and perimeter and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, manage entry credentials and incident reporting.
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Prepare accurate activity logs and shift documentation per site requirements.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol First Aid Support in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial services office by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior office areas, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, following site procedures for entry, credentials, and incident reporting.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
