Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver CPR Certified in Addison, TX. You will monitor clients, patrol sites, and support access control, delivering exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s culture.

This full-time position pays $21.00 per hour and follows Day/Night shifts. A valid driver’s license and security experience are required, with CPR alongside other licensure preferred to qualify for the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted as required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of banking facilities, entry points, parking areas, ATM locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor authorization as required, and maintain awareness of activity within the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver CPR Certified in Addison, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
