You will support access control, respond to alarms, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility, warehouse areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with entry procedures and reporting unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
