As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and assist visitors and employees with professional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to use strong communication and observation skills while contributing to a welcoming, secure environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and care.

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

• Fri: 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM
• Sat: 06:30 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity at a financial institution location, following established entry, identification, and visitor-management procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the banking location, surrounding perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
