Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed - Control Driver in Flagstaff, AZ. You will protect facilities, perform patrols, monitor access, and respond to security events while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Report unusual conditions, hazards, equipment concerns, and security issues to site leadership.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed - Control Driver in Flagstaff, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, support access control, and respond to security-related concerns. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.

• Report unusual conditions, hazards, equipment concerns, and security-related issues to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
