Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer for Full Time Property Protection Patrol in Fredericksburg, VA. You will serve clients across industries, provide a welcoming, safe environment, and deliver exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Key duties include patrolling, monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and documenting activities.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, staff support, and access-control procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Tue: 12:00 AM - 08:30 AM
• Thur: 12:00 AM - 08:30 AM
• Sat: 12:0? AM - 08:30 AM
• Sun: 12:00 AM - 08:30 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
