Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by following site procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor management, directions and reporting of suspicious activity.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately and communicate findings to leadership and site personnel.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 06:00 PM - 02:30 AM
• Tue: 06:00 PM - 02:30 AM
• Fri: 06:00 PM - 02:30 AM
• Sat: 06:00 PM - 02:30 AM
• Sun: 06:00 PM - 02:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, healthcare location policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directions, and reporting of suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
