Allied Universal in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time to provide customer service and enforce site policies while responding to incidents. This role features fixed anchor shifts and an opportunity to earn additional hours through the scheduling platform.

Pay is $19.18 per hour with weekly pay. The position offers flexible, part-time hours and pathways to progression toward full-time schedules, ensuring income stability and experience across sites.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution location, including perimeter areas, loading docks, parking areas, and shipping and receiving zones.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Incident Response in North Little Rock, AR, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.18 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
