Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time CPR Driver in La Porte, TX to provide reliable security coverage at a logistics site with fixed shifts and optional extra shifts to boost earnings.

You will monitor access, patrol warehouse areas, respond to incidents, and document observations while maintaining safety and professionalism. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma are required; CPR preferred; background check and drug screen as applicable.

Security Officer Enhanced Part Time CPR Response Patrol Driver in La Porte, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $15.45 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of vehicle and pedestrian activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Document observations, patrol activities, and incidents accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
